Eagle River Coalition (ERC) is soliciting proposals for road design and construction oversight of Wearyman Rd. near Red Cliff, CO.  The proposal document may be obtained on the ERC website at https://eagleriverco.org/ and will be non-exclusive.  ERC reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other professionals.

Proposals must be received by U.S. Mail to Eagle River Coalition, Attn: Peder Franson, PO Box 5740, Eagle, CO 81631, or by email to franson@eagleriverco.org. Email is preferred. Proposals must be received before 5:00 PM MST, 02/25/2026.  Proposals received after this time will not be considered unless good cause is shown as determined by ERC in its sole discretion.

For questions or further clarification pertaining to this request, please contact Peder Franson. Questions must be received by 5:00 PM MST, 01/30/2026.  Responses to all questions submitted by consultants will be answered in the mandatory pre-bid meeting, via email, and posted via addendum on the ERC website by 5:00 PM MST, 02/06/2026.

The selected consultant will be notified by 5:00 PM MST, 03/13/2026.  All applicants will be informed of the selection outcome following this announcement via email and posted on the ERC website.
